Another Friday Fireworks

Bank account blocked again. 3rd time in 2 days. At least this time ‘only’ took 25mns to sort. Then we went to Southbourne, parked, and went down to ‘Sobo Beach’ (a much liked charming street food selection of outlets, with attractive outdoor seating, adjacent to the beach), due be replaced by a hideous long concrete bunker which will house the new cafeteria. So hope the council abandons the project.

Then to Mudeford Quay where we caught up with J&R’s family. Some live locally, their daughter and family over from abroad. The boys paddle boarded and crabbed.

Nearly stayed at home, luckily became overcast, with strong cooler breeze, perfect, so pleased I’d changed my mind.

Mr B made a lovely dinner, I stupidly knocked over my glass of the lovely rosé our friends brought. Went for a walk on the cliff-top after dinner. Returned in time for the 10pm fireworks.
