Fradley Pool

I enjoyed my swim but after I’d come home and had a rather tasty shakshuka for my breakfast, my energy levels dipped.

I decided to take a gentle walk round Fradley Pool (one lap only) rather than give in immediately.

The roads were busy but the reserve was quiet. Although it was quite sultry and warm, the shade of those ancient trees are a delight.

Popped into Lidl on my way home….. and now I’m back to the tv and the nostalgic Premiership nerves which, as a Forest fan, I’ve not really experienced for many a long day…..
