Roll of Hay ...

... opposite my cousin's house in Tamworth NH, where we arrived today after driving from Northampton. Notice how the shadow complements the frame. 

The drive seemed to take most of the day, even though it's not much more than three hours on the road.  As we often do, we stopped for lunch half way at Hart's Turkey Farm just before Meredith.  The rest of the drive went smoothly---altogether there wasn't much traffic this Sunday (although plenty  heading the opposite way to the south and west).  It's delightful to be here--it will be a week.
