Chee And Glee

The grey squirrels are quite vocal at the moment, chattering, barking and rasping from the hazel hedge. Chee, chee, chee! This one is looking down at us from an oak tree. I'm grateful to Humbert Wolfe for the small grey coffee-pot  description and to John Clare for describing its stare as fierce half malice, and half glee.
