Yellow (Day 2664)

Today didn't go as planned. Changing a loo normally takes a couple of hours at most, but today it took waaay longer and involved removing a load of old boxing behind the loo, cutting into the wall to alter the pipework enough to allow the new loo to go in and finally getting everything connected up. Dropping one of my spanners down the toilet waste pipe just added to the frustration, as I had to get a drainage contractor to locate and retrieve the spanner. 
I finally got the loo fitted late in the afternoon and will have to return tomorrow to deal with a couple of other things I had hoped to get done today. 
I was hoping to catch up with my beautiful wife before she zoomed off to work, but it wasn't to be.
