Webby Droplets

Last night’s airport pick up turned into a marathon. Kate, Joel & Sophie’s plane was 45 minutes late, then they had to wait two and a half hours for the baggage to be off loaded from their plane, so we didn’t pick them up until gone 3 am.

We’d been sitting in the car in a lay-by close to the airport since just before midnight (we read a lot of our books!) so we were all pretty tired by the time we’d dropped them in Bridgwater and got back to Street.

As it was gone 5 by the time we got to bed, I thought I’d give golf a miss today:)

With only 4 hours’ sleep we haven’t done a lot today. These rain drops from last night’s drizzle were sparking on a tiny web between the edge of the lawn and the flower bed
