Dog friendly running

Today’s highlight was running this evening with the RunWalkRun group which included Bonnie the dog. This meant we stopped a bit more often, a bonus. What a great group they are, and the kilometres seem to accumulate very easily, 7k tonight.
A routine visit to the dentist first thing with 2 fillings to be replaced, I was offered a cancellation and got one done replaced today. A tricky afternoon but hey ho.
