It's Saturday so I'm at the lodge cleaning but today the visitors arriving will be #1 Daughter and family. The Man has gone up to Edinburgh to collect #2 Daughter as the train drivers' strike is on.

By mid-afternoon we were all in the lodge and the kids were having fun with their Auntie Kat. At teatime someone suggested going out for a meal in Pooley Bridge. Well! It was pouring so every camper from the valley must have been down for a meal. All the pubs were packed.

We ended up getting pizzas and cooking them back at the lodge. Very nice they were, too!
