Roses lime marmalade

My god! I'm having a flash back to the seventies.

I haven't eaten any form of marmalade, never mind the lime variety in decades.

The breakfast take at The Pheasant in Sherborne is fantastically traditional which is quite a nice thing. One rarely has the chance to eat a full English breakfast unless on holiday somewhere full and English.
