The Lone Tree

Ever since I bought my first caravan which will be well over 25 years ago now, I have looked at this tree every time I drive down the lane to the site.
I finally got to have a closer look after all that time when I went for a local stroll. Unfortunately I have to report that the closer you get, the less it stands out. 
I did work out a good circular walk for when I'm back to full fitness though so all was not lost.
