Sir Tom

I was at a bit of a loose end and the weather wasn't too good so I visited The Lake District Lead Mining Museum near Threlkeld. You get a little ride on the old steam train in with the price which was ace and the actual museum part was very interesting. The rest of the site though just seems to be the place where old rusty crane's go to die!
Preceded my visit with a short walk in St John's In The Vale which was lovely.
