Lonely Planets
Planning a few days away up the coast we turned to the Lonely Planet NSW guides. They are quite old, the earlier one dating back to 1994 (extra). We never throw away a Lonely Planet though. They may be out of date as regards tourist information, but they are invaluable for the notes we have made on our travels over the years; where we went and when, what we saw, where we stayed, what we liked and didn’t, and, surprisingly often, where and what we ate. They’re part of our history.
