A sunny morning, the light feels more autumnal as the Sun is lower in the sky. Pleasantly warm at 20C.

We took Albert on one of our Eccup walks where we strike out in the direction of Emmerdale Village which was specially built as a location for the tv soap. The point where we turn back has a view of the roofs of the village buildings and beyond. I think I will need my Nikon with a long lens to capture it. Also at this point we noticed a host of wild sunflowers competing with the now-seeded cotton wool topped thistles (I think!). Last time we walked here there was one lonely yellow flower, today they had flourished.
