Preening

Woke early this morning with a debilitating headache so day did not really start until late morning. Feeling battered but in need of a good coffee Mother and I ventured off to do a couple of chores and then sat down at Andy Bay Inlet to bird watch and sup our coffees.
Sun shining with a stiff chill breeze scuffing the water. Too choppy for ripple images but there were plenty of seagull portraits available. Like this one as the gulls eye shows in both portions of the image. A possible entrant for next years Otago Wildlife Photography competition!?
