I had an appointment at Day surgery in the local hospital first thing. Ana kindly gave us a lift there, as I was not allowed to drive after the procedure. I had 2 injections of local anaesthetic and steroid into my facet joint at L4/5 and my SI joint.
Everyone was so friendly , efficient and professional. I was impressed.
Our friend Nathan gave us a lift home afterwards.
I had to rest for the rest of the day , the pain in the injection sites got worse as the day went on , but it should ease in a day or so.
We went for a short walk late afternoon and I took this blip foto of a rowan tree with pylon.
We started watching the second series of The state of Happiness on IPlayer. We enjoyed it .
