Painting

The bathroom at the cottage needed painting so we started this morning after breakfast and will be at it for the next couple of days. Hubby takes ages to prep so after half an hour of doing nothing productive I went and baked a cake. I have painted the ceiling and two walls and he did the rest.
He went to B&Q last week and got the paint, they didn’t have the colour we agreed on so he chose another colour. I don’t like it but my fault for not going with him.
Every time I have glanced out of the window I looked at the single sunflower growing next to the shed in next doors garden, it made me smile.
Knee and hip much improved so hopefully run on Monday, as I can’t run for a few weeks after Wednesday. Hubby and Hetty went out for a walk while I cooked dinner and she looked at me as if wondering what was going on as he was putting his shoes on and not me.
