No walk

No walk today but we stopped on Monks Road after a trip to the CO-OP and the sun was shining on Cown Edge.

Goldfinches and Swallows spotted. 

Feeling very much below par but enjoyed the Cricket ( even if it was one sided and no 4th day play again)

A bargain ready meal for tea a Charley Bigham Vegetable Lasagne for One. 
(We do sometimes buy the for 2 version).  The price will be £5.50 but £4 for an introductory offer and I paid £2.75 in a FLASH sale in a Grocery delivery from Ocado.  The mad world of retail.
