Cute Coot Chick

We had a walk to Killingworth lake this morning and were pleased to see rather more bird life than we've seen for a while - hopefully they're getting over the recent bird flu epidemic.

This coot chick helpfully fished out a piece of weed just as I pointed the camera at it! Blip sorted.
