Sunday: Bugs and Bird …

… yes, The Bird is that Robin again - arrived as I was sieving some compost and watched for any tasty snack which might be wriggling or crawling around.
I think the insect is a baby Shieldbug, I’ve found many in my garden over the last few years. Not sure which one this is, visited https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk/blog/2021/05/shieldbug-identification/ but none that looks like today’s.
The other creature is a centipede, the Robin was rooting elsewhere when the centipede appeared in the compost, I don’t think it became a tasty snack …
