Squash on trellis roof

I've been trying to train my squash plants to grow up the bean tunnel for 2 years and it's not worked very well because they always try to send lots of shoots in different directions so having a leading shoot grow 2m high is always a challenge.

This butternut squash plant has succeeded in doing what I had in mind for it but it took most of the growing season to reach the top so I doubt I'll get decent size fruits now but it's definitely looking good so let's see what happens!
