Sunday: The Pub Landlord

It started off quite chilly but warmed up as the day went on.  K and I went for a walk along the beach and had a look at the funfair which has been set up next to the Spanish City.

Later this afternoon we went over to Newcastle to see my cousin and her partner.  Her partner, Scott, and his dad have built an absolutely perfect little pub in their back garden, called ‘The Happy Drinker’.  It’s brilliant and the attention to detail is amazing.  It can seat a (very tight) six.  Needless to say, K and I definitely see a little garden pub in our future.

Here is Scott, pouring a pint of his home brew, which, by his own admission, wasn’t very good.  I’ve had worse though.
