Squeezed in a ride on Buddy this morning before work as we're away at the weekend.

After work Eva had a lesson with Ella. She did a little course of jumps. Trying to get her to relax as she has a tendency to lean forward and grip when she gets anxious (as you can see on this pic!) and then he just leans back on her hands. It'll come. Her confidence really has taken a knock bless her. Ella has suggested we just keep the level the same things the same until she's asking herself to do something different in order to build her confidence back up.
