Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross

Such a lot of regeneration going on in this previously seedy area of London behind Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. Met up with Adam and Tomoko for a coffee and a wander around the area, before meeting Paul later for lunch at Dishoom - delicious curries! As you can see, the old gasometers have been repurposed, one as apartments and the other as a park with a mirrored walkway. It all feels very nice but who can afford to live here? An apartment in one new block we looked at online were selling for about £1.2 million! Crazy!
