We'd planned a walk round Arrow Valley for today, even thougfh we expected it to be crowded on a Bank Holiday.It wasn't, the low cloud and cool breeze kept many people at home.
Which was just as well, with admirable timing the visitor centre along with its public toilets  was closed for undisclosed work, "Use Portable Facilities outside". The said "Port Facilities" were disgusting, obviously not having been serviced for a long while, several people, including Redilady, tried  a few doors, hoping and failing,to find one fit to even enter. As  I was on Violet I tried to use the "disabled " toilet. It was totally blocked, I should have said totally filled with soiled nappies. I reversed out as quickly as I could.
On the way home I saw this painted on the path, I've no idea why but it's given me a suitable blip for todays Mono Monday , Peculiar or Quirky.
