Taking a short rest!

Up to the Bannockburn Memorial this evening for a walk (us) and a ball chase (Chloe). She decided to have a little lie down so I grabbed this quick photo.
This morning I attended a hospital appointment (today’s ex) and had a bit of a wait but was in and out in short order when my name was called. Not a particularly comfortable procedure but it does help to know what condition my condition is in.
