'Kyow. kyow, kyow'

This herring gull (Larus argentatus) was enjoying the sunshine in Oban. He was keen on watching all the people visiting the shellfish shack!

Learnt from another blipper about bokeh and am pleased with how this enhances the sharpness of the gull in this photo.
