Spot the difference

I decided to try to make some 6 inch squares for blankets and was very proud of my first attempt until I realised I’d made the classic mistake of measuring diagonally. Doh! The second one has turned out much better.
Which one did I make first?

We took Phin to Musselburgh lagoons today, a place he’s very familiar with from his doggy daycare sessions. It was lovely and very popular with dogs and owners alike. We will definitely go back there again.

Sausage and mash for dinner with crispy onions. Very old school but very tasty.
