Watching

Mrs Muscovey duck watching over her babies - may be more than one brood as there were lots of them, and some looked bigger than others. Went a little further than usual on my walk this afternoon, and there they were by the footpath near the campsite.

MrM met a friend for lunch and a drink or two in Berwick . The bus times meant that he left quite early in the morning and didn't arrive back until 4.30pm. Absolutely amazed at how much I've done with a day to myself! Let's just say that the 'to-do' list is now much shorter than it was first thing (but it will soon grow again!).

Buyer for the office cupboards found. I partly dismantled them this evening, then helped MrM to carry them downstairs. They're now in the van ready for delivery tomorrow morning. The spare room is a complete tip - tidying it is a job for another day...
