Clean & Controlled Zone, Oxford Street, London

Where the hell did August go?! I can't believe it's September already. Today was one of those days where I seemed to be very busy without getting a massive amount done. I had a quick stroll to buy my lunch and walked back via Oxford Street which is neither very clean (although the street cleaner was doing his level best) and certainly not controlled!
