Talking time

Today was a training day provided by the Samaritans for the Canal & River Trust and other interested parties who live and work around Trevor Basin and Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. The course was 'Making a Suicide Intervention'
An all day course on Zoom, intense but with lots of breaks. Very, very useful and with roleplay too. I was dreading this, but doing it gave me confidence. During breaks I sat outside as the weather was gorgeous and spent time admiring the flowers, including this late flowering Hosta with a deep purple colour.
Lots of thoughts to reflect on.
