It took my breath away…..

The colours in the eastern sky these still dark mornings often take my breath away. Such was the case early this morning when out with Maisie, friend Denise and Harry the Spoodle. “I can’t help myself” I said to Denise as I momentarily paused to “grab” two shots. Both have differing colour casts but this is my favourite. I flew to Wellington this afternoon and I am staying with Margaret, Steve and granddaughter Emily. They had guests here this evening and we had a real fun time. Hannah and Alex drove from Marahau in Tasman today and are staying at our place to care for Maisie and the three cats. They visited Keith late this afternoon and had a pleasant time with him.
