Trumpet Vine

This hot and dry summer, a trumpet vine plant appeared in a sunny corner, close to our patio. I have no idea where it came from; perhaps it self-seeded from another garden. 

Insects love it and I left it alone so far, as it has pretty flowers and leaves. But after reading about its vigorously invasive and expansive character, I’ll probably get rid of it soon (if I still can).
