Thanks for a sunrise

Up before dawn this morning after a second night of rubbish sleep. Second INSET day today, not as much listening to do today but instead lots of doing!
Took my step ladder in so I could rip down my displays and replace. Up two flights of stairs to my room then up and down a step ladder! Not helped by running out of staples and having to go on the scrounge at the opposite end of school (down 2 flights and up another two!!) As well as 3 meetings. My head is spinning!!!!
