Waiting for the council pick-up?

Or people moving out and discarding stuff? I wouldn't have posted this if it weren't for the pedestrian.

If only I could have photographed for silly Saturday something I saw today. Walking towards me, on the footpath, was a woman looking at her phone at face level, deploying an eyelash curler. (!)
