Last of the summer wine?

I met Helene down at the Quays this morning with her friend, Kerry. It was their first time and they really enjoyed it.

Pat, Tracey and I went for a walk round Blackleach Park this afternoon. That is something I haven’t been able to say for a few years. Tracey has two bad knees and bad hips, she’s hardly been able to walk for the last two years but she’s getting over her second hip replacement and although she has a stick she can walk again. Hopefully, this is the start of many more walks.
