My dads 60th birthday celebration, a bouncy castle in the garden . This is a photo of a photo, the original was poor quality too . I’ve gone through lots of family photos this afternoon and posted them on the family WhatsApp. My phone has pinged constantly as nieces and nephews spot one another’s younger selves . We had lots of family picnics and holidays as the children grew up , mainly camping . The kids loved hanging out together and amazingly there were never any fall outs , except between siblings . The photos will form part of a display at the birthday party next weekend . It was good for us all to be reminded of the fun we have had over the years . The children entertained each other so the adults generally got to relax .
Feeling grateful that we have a treasure trove of happy memories.
