My, How You Have Grown!

I revisited the woods today to check on the fungus I blipped a couple of days ago and was surprised to see how quickly it has grown. I did take my tripod, so I was able to create a focus stack (this is made from 20 shots).

Whilst there I found plenty of other specimens - I have added one group in the first extra and another one where I have used a flash to highlight the underside - trying to hold the flash in such a way to avoid big shadows between the lobes.

I also spotted another potential blip....
