A Trip to Dorset

Hi folks, sorry Ive been unable to blip but life got a bit complicated. We set out on Thurs am to drive to Dorset to attend a service to commemorate the life of my sister in law's husband who died a few weeks back. He was a good man and the church service and informal social gathering afterwards celebrated that.

Jack and I were staying for 2 nights in Bridport and on our first evening found this lovely restored train opened now as a high quality restaurant.(see extras) The food was delicious and we had a delightful evening after the stress of the broken boiler and the long car journey with so many hold ups and winding roads.

The following day we planned to potter around Bridport.......see next day's journal.
