Good crop.

Saw this on my walk this morning. Love it when I get a picture in the bag and don’t have to think about it the rest of the day.

Seems like this dry summer has been good for fruit crops. I’ve already made one batch of stewed apple. Should really make the effort and do more. It is a good standby in the winter months, for breakfast or for a delicious crumble on a Sunday. Not sure I’m totally motivated to get stewing!

First coat of oil on the little patio fencing. I do hope the colour will change as I don’t like how yellow/ green it looks at the moment!
