Local Lanes!

There's something quite magical about just going for a ride and taking turns here, and there, around your favourite local lanes with no destination or route in mind. For somebody that plans most of life to the nth degree, it's quite liberating and surprising I can do it at all!!

I did just that this morning and it was lovely. I even managed to avoid the rain! :-)

Back to school tomorrow, with a training day, and then the true madness begins again. It's been a wonderful summer with adventures up and down the country. I truly have loved it and have been so lucky to be able to explore almost exclusively by bike or foot...and a little help from my friends at National Rail. ;-)
