New friends

Claudine and Philippe arrived here from Paris three weeks ago for a permanent stay. They are happy with their decision as their son lives here, people are more open and they’ve chosen a good Residence. They’ve been very friendly and invited me to sit with them at dinner after the first night.
Very nice people.

Today I drove a couple of kilometres to a pleasant park with cycle tracks. Nicely laid out with lots of bamboo and tall grasses so I easily got lost and took a while to find carpark again. At least two big fenced areas for dogs off the lead.

Getting better using trike, but still have problems getting it in and out of car.

Weather hot , but sometimes cloudy offering some respite from the sun.

Very sad to be packing up ready to leave tomorrow morning.
