Day 4, day off......

I awoke to sore knees this morning.  Since I have had 3 knee replacements over the years, I decided to take the day off from bike riding.   I have spent a good deal of time under gel packs today.  It has proven to be very beneficial as all of the heat in my knees is gone now.  I got in my car and drove by where I had seen this lovely, flowering bush.  It's probably 3 to 4 feet tall and round.
