Dominos

A taste of summer these last couple of days with weather too warm to keep the windows open.
Yesterday, tech-mummy ;0) googled figured out how to play minecraft on our LAN which caused quite a bit of excitement amongst the mini-gamers...it was amusing to listen to them yelling to each other, (from all of 5 ft away), about what they were doing in the game...although my puny laptop is not very good apparantly as I kept hearing "wait Im stuck again!" every few minutes.
Today, after their minecraft fix, we played go-fish and garbage (a very annoying card game that my youngest thinks is super fun) and No1 & 2 son built domino thingies (is there a word for these things?)
Later this afternoon the neighbourhood boys came over and the smaller people played "office" - with a bit of Donald Trump's Apprentice thrown in (people were being "fired" all over the place) and then when it cooled down they all ventured out for bikes, scooters and trampolining...and peace and quiet for me :0)

Black & white to try to hide the fact that I have a bare concrete living room floor, complete with cracks, builders paint splotches, etc - ugly but oh so practical LOL
