Rookie running

There were some familiar parkrun faces amongst the Rookie Runners. I had imagined a flat easy run around Rouken Glen, however it was hills tonight and a total of 8k. A great confidence boost, with lots of conversation with a friendly welcoming group of folk. Most of them are relatively new runners having just finished the couch to 5k, and a few returning runners.
