Singing with a view

The end of a super couple of days at Higham Hall led by a wonderful musician who has a gift for getting people to do amazing things with their voices.

Well nourished in various ways I returned home this afternoon, in time to join RunTalkRun in a 6k circuit of Pollok Park. I was easily persuaded to sign up for the Great Scottish Run which until this evening I had no intention of doing. I will need to create the the time to up my running in the next few weeks.
