Hoya

My hoya plant is flowering for the second time this year, and the scent in the evenings is amazing.  Have given many cutting to friends over the years, it is quite an unusual plant, but takes a few years to flower.

We had a speaker today at the Circle, she was a BBC War Correspondent and travelled the world, interviewing among others Nelson Mandela.  She was very entertaining and informative.  A good afternoon.

It was sunny this morning and quite warm, but has turned to steady rain.  Ach well, it keeps the country green.
