Darwin’s Berberis

A very wet day here. The rain only took a break in the afternoon for a wee while. We even had low rumbling thunder.
We still managed two walks without getting too wet.
Our day started at 6.15 with Maggie announcing it was morning and she wanted her breakfast. I didn’t get to sleep until 1am (usual for me) so wasn’t feeling bright and breezy at that early hour (do I ever). Still there was nothing to do but get up and start our day.
I cut my hair, hoovered and dusted and that’s been about it for today. Tomorrow we’re off to Edinburgh to see Bonnie and her Mum and Dad.
