Brothers

Tom and Mary Ann wanted to walk along the salt water..it could’t be a nicer day.    Hard to get the mountain to show up. tho....it was a bit hazy and into the sun.   The iPhone did it better than the Sony.     Lunch at home with Fiona and then a trip to the Burke Museum for T and MA who hadn’t seen the new building .  and of course we had to buy a book at the U bookstore.   Came home to collapse a bit before the 5 of us went OUT to a fish restaurant at fFsherman's Terminal. The bad news of the day which didn’t come til late afternoon is that there will be no school starting tomorrow as scheduled…the teachers are about to strike if they can’t make progress tomorrow!   Of course they need and deserve everything and more that they want!   But it’s a hardship for many…and Fiona and Maple will be back here tomorrow!  Sigh!   T and MA are off to the North Cascades in the morning.
