Ground control to Major Tom

Whenever I have seen someone operating one of these coffee machines, I always thought that it looks like flying a spaceship!
However, I spent three hours training on this machine in preparation for the cafe opening at Aden Park and I now know it is far more difficult than that!!!
What with different settings for different grinding, how to boil the milk, how to add the coffee, preparing Cappuccinos, Espressos , Lattes, Americanos etc, I am totally confused.
