Forest fire smoke

The early morning news was all about the forest fires in Oregon and Washington.  High winds were predicted around noon bringing in the smoke from the fires to the east.  On the other side of the Columbia River in Oregon they are having planned power outages to try and prevent  downed live power lines from sparking fires with the winds and dry weather.  I have not heard of this happening on this side of the river in Washington, but I have things ready if it does.  This photo is late this afternoon off the back deck.  When I went outside to take the photo I was surprised with the strong smell of forest fire.  I didn't edit this very much, no dehaze, etc. so the look is pretty much what is out there right now.
